Shipping times may vary from one country to another. To consult the estimated delivery time for your specific country, simply add a product to your cart. From there, you will be able to check the estimated delivery date.

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
Yes, your items will be delivered in a single package, provided that you have made a purchase of two or more items at the same time.

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
If you need to swap an item
Returns and Exchanges
We are pleased to offer a refund and returns in the event of any damage to an order. This includes manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear and demonstrable damage.

If the address you provide is deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and safely disposed of. If you wish to place a new order with an updated address, you will be responsible for the costs associated with the new order. If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to find a solution for you.
You can only cancel or change your order if it has not been shipped yet. Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped, we are unable to assist you further.
Unfortunately, you cannot pre-order an item that is sold out. Pre-ordering is only available for items that are in stock or available for future release.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
